How Do The Event Passes Work?
All-Inclusive Event Passes
As a Georgia Bushcraft member, your admission to both of our signature annual events—the Spring Campout (April 4–6, 2025) and the Fall Gathering (November 7–9, 2025)—is already covered.
Single Members receive one full weekend pass to each event ($300 total value)
Family Members receive up to 4 passes per event ($1,200 total value)
PLUS: Members get exclusive early entry on Thursday—one day before general admission. That means extra time to set up your camp, settle in, and enjoy a more relaxed start to the weekend before the crowds roll in.

Member-Only Gear Drops
As part of your Georgia Bushcraft membership, you'll unlock exclusive access to limited-edition, member-only gear that won’t be available to the general public. This includes:
